Now they had the tools for over 9 weeks and the customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced, I work in I.T. and have worked behind a service bench for many years so I have some idea as to what I am speaking of. Every time I called for an update they could find one tool or the other but not both and made clean to me they never call customers until the tools are fixed so unless I called I would have heard nothing for 9+ weeks, keeping in mind these ...Joseph LeBlanc 12/06/2016 3:03 pm
